Ho chiamato durante gli orari di apertura, ho preso un appuntamento, ho cercato il posto e ho chiesto a 5 persone diverse che apparentemente lavorano nell'edificio che non si vede da nessuna parte. Ad oggi non ho idea di dove sia realmente quel posto. Inoltre le foto provengono da un altro negozio o sono false perchรฉ non assomiglia a nulla nel posto in cui mi รจ capitato di cercare per mezz'ora.
Sono molto soddisfatto del servizio di CSL Computer Service. Il mio PC รจ stato riparato in un giorno: l'alimentatore รจ stato sostituito, l'interno รจ stato ripulito dalla polvere e tutto รจ stato testato accuratamente. La comunicazione รจ stata molto amichevole e flessibile: il signor Lauber รจ stato utile e si รจ preso il tempo per modificare l'orario dell'appuntamento quando avevo bisogno di cambiarlo. Volevo installare Windows 11 sul mio vecchio PC e non ero sicuro che fosse possibile. Cosรฌ ho preso un appuntamento presso CSL Computer Service e ho portato il mio PC. Hanno testato il dispositivo e, come temevo, l'installazione non รจ stata possibile. Dopo aver chiarito le mie esigenze, ho ricevuto ottimi consigli e ho subito ordinato un nuovo PC con vari programmi giร installati. Sono riuscito a ritirarlo solo cinque giorni dopo. Nel complesso, sono molto soddisfatto.

I am very satisfied with the service provided by CSL Computer Service. The process was quick, straightforward, and professional. I was particularly pleased that Mr. Lauber answered all my questions competently and courteously.
I took my PC in for repair in mid-August and described the problem in detail. Unfortunately, communication was very limited, and despite my suggestions, the error couldn't be reproduced. In the end, I was asked to pick up the PC again because the repair shop was on vacation. Even small details like dust inside the device or almost-forgotten packaging spoiled the impression. Overall, the service was unsatisfactory for me.
