Mario è un birraio appassionato, ho presentato la sua birra nel mio bar e i nostri clienti l'hanno adorata!
Ogni giovedì, dalle 17:00 alle 19:00, il proprietario del birrificio vende le sue creazioni. Singälä (Single Hop New England IPA) e Lappi (Pilsner italiana) sono i miei preferiti. Fa anche un ottimo lavoro con il Chlipperi (West Coast IPA) appena imbottigliato. Consiglio vivamente anche le altre sue birre. Continua così!
A very friendly brewery (including brewmaster Mario). The various IPAs are especially great and, in my opinion, among the best in the Swiss craft beer scene. Keep it up!
It's best to follow them on Instagram and just stop by during the advertised opening hours. The owner/brewer is super friendly and easygoing. And, of course, the beers are incredibly delicious, which you can also sample.
