I recently participated in a group tour of the brewery, including a tasting. The event was superbly organized. Managing Director M. Oeschger entertained us very well and was extremely knowledgeable. During the subsequent tasting, we were able to sample countless delicious beers, and he shared amusing anecdotes about the concept and production of each one. Adler Brewery is highly recommended – very friendly, and the beer is delicious.
