Il peggior servizio clienti in assoluto che abbia mai visto. Il giovane non ha assolutamente alcuna motivazione. Come altri hanno già detto, per lui il suo telefono è più importante dei clienti. Non consigliato affatto e una vergogna assoluta.

Le altre recensioni dicono tutto. Il peggior chiosco di sempre. Persone immotivate. A volte aspetti almeno 20 minuti finché il giovane non torna finalmente dal bagno. Costantemente al cellulare, di solito anche con un amico seduto lì a chiacchierare. Oggi, 25 luglio 2025, era ancora chiuso alle 7,56, anche se l'orario di apertura dice alle 7,30. Se lavorassi così, potrei partire il giorno stesso. Conosco molto bene un ex dipendente e quello che senti ti fa rizzare i capelli. L'unica consolazione è la signora anziana che purtroppo lavora lì solo part-time. Segnalarlo al chiosco stesso non aiuta affatto. La madre del dipendente è il capo. La mia conclusione: meglio andare all'Avec presso la Seuzi Bahnhof o al chiosco della Migros Rosenberg.

This young man is in the wrong place! He's always on his cell phone, signaling that he doesn't want to be disturbed! No hello, no thank you, no goodbye!!! If I see him behind the window, I won't go to the kiosk!!! Sad story!!! Kind regards

This is the most unfriendly kiosk I've ever been to. If the owner's son is there, go to a different kiosk. He's incredibly rude. While serving customers, he's busy on the phone or chatting with his colleague (who's sitting inside the kiosk). It's just unacceptable. And when you pay by card, he turns around and goes to the back as soon as you place the card on the reader. I wonder when things will finally improve. I've already contacted K-Kiosk, but it was largely unsuccessful. I'd rather give them zero stars. They don't deserve them.

I was sent away at 7:47 pm; they said they could only pay by card now... no more cash because the nice lady was already ringing up the payment. Luckily, there's no Coop anymore.
