Adoro Decathlon! Oggi ho noleggiato e acquistato dell'attrezzatura da sci e la commessa, Susanna (spero di aver scritto correttamente il suo nome), è stata estremamente professionale e amichevole. Mi ha gentilmente aiutato a scegliere la giusta attrezzatura da neve e mi ha pazientemente assistito con alcuni problemi di iscrizione. Nel complesso è stata un'esperienza fantastica e, se avrò tempo, tornerò sicuramente. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Rami... fantastico... sempre pronto ad aiutare... 4 mesi fa quando ho comprato la bici per mia figlia e 1 settimana fa stava lavorando e mi ha chiesto di tutti i problemi con la bici per le riparazioni.
Romain ci ha aiutato a scegliere la misura corretta dello scarpone da sci.
WOW Antimo is fantastic at this store, speaks fluent English and is super helpful, what an asset he is to the Decathlon brand. I am English guy with a disability he even carried the items i wanted to the till for me, and helped me when the self service till was not working properly. Decathlon in Spain where i live needs to learn customer service from Antimo, so well done keep it up. Thanks again.

Really small store for a Decathlon. Some areas are empty. Inventory management is poor, it felt like they are preparing for closing it (2025-05-10). Has winter equipment lease service, which is the of few good things about the store. Staff is mostly (2 out of 3) friendly and helphul.
