Se sei un espatriato, il mio consiglio è che faresti meglio a scappare da questa compagnia. Non facilitano affatto la comunicazione, impiegano anni a rispondere alle e-mail (o non rispondono direttamente) ed è sempre stato impossibile per me avere qualcuno che mi aiutasse in inglese, anche se gli ho fatto sapere fin dalla prima domanda che non parlo bene il tedesco. È stato il peggior servizio e trattamento che abbia mai sperimentato da una compagnia assicurativa in tutta la mia vita, dopo aver vissuto in un diverso cantone svizzero, nel Regno Unito, in Australia e in Spagna.

Una compagnia di assicurazione sanitaria di prim'ordine, tutto è sempre molto rapido e incredibilmente amichevole. E la parte migliore: puoi sempre parlare al telefono senza che ti venga detto "per favore premi 1 per blah blah" e una persona reale e amichevole (non un computer) risponde. Purtroppo dopo molti anni ho dovuto cambiare cassa malati perché i premi dovevano essere notevolmente aumentati. Tuttavia, la mia esperienza con KKSt è sempre stata eccellente. L'elaborazione dei reclami è stata rapida e semplice. La parte migliore, però, è stato il contatto personale: alle domande è stata data risposta in modo competente e chiaro. Very competent, incredibly fast with billing, and emails are answered super quickly. Everything works even better with the app, and it's clearly laid out and easy to use. Our experience with this health insurance provider was outstanding. All claims for the entire family were processed quickly, completely, and correctly. We hardly needed to contact them at all throughout the year. Our administrative burden was significantly lower than with any of our previous insurers. Hats off! Some of the larger providers could learn a thing or two from them! Unfortunately, premiums in our region rose sharply for 2026, which is why we had to switch providers despite our exceptionally positive experience.

I contacted them via email regarding a matter. The very next day I received a message that everything had been processed and was on its way to me. The whole thing was handled very politely. I'm not used to that kind of service from health insurance companies. Thank you.
