Very friendly contact. Calls were answered quickly. Many thanks to the logistics company (Obait) for the excellent communication; the delivery time was met exactly as promised after the initial call. The delivery was punctual despite traffic. The goods were delivered right to my doorstep, even though I drive into an underground garage. I would highly recommend Tösstal. Thank you very much.
...fast delivery - friendly delivery men for the infrared sauna...almost completely tool-free assembly - the door needed some adjustment - but it works perfectly so far...
We ordered an infrared sauna. The positives first: The delivery date was met as promised, and we were notified the day before and then again 30 minutes before arrival. Furthermore, customer service is easily reachable and calls back promptly. The less positives are that customer service had little to no knowledge of how to assemble the sauna (apparently it's a new product). Assembly: To put it mildly, the assembly instructions are a scribbled diagram that only shows the order in which the components are to be installed. You have to guess where and when to attach which screws, hinges, etc. Even IKEA instructions are far superior. And when I called, the answer was that the product was new. They sent me similar instructions with better pictures the next day, but even then, there were no instructions on where to attach which screws. The roof cover also doesn't fit because the unit, where all the cables are located, is too tall. Quality: The sauna looks very high-quality. However, the wood is generally very soft, and you have to be very careful if you don't want to leave marks during assembly. Functionality: The sauna works perfectly, heats up quickly, and is very comfortable (Madrid M Deluxe). Conclusion: Price-performance ratio and delivery are very good. Quality is acceptable, but the instructions are a disaster and need improvement.
