Semplicemente wow. Una spa privata così meravigliosa e bellissima! È stato davvero bello per me e ho potuto godermi il tempo con il mio migliore amico! Tornerò sicuramente.
Un posto meraviglioso per rilassarsi in coppia. Il prezzo è buono, puoi prenotare facilmente online e hai 3 ore di privacy. Non ti mancherà nulla. Non hai nemmeno bisogno di portare nulla con te.
Il centro benessere è incantevole, ma non prenoteremo più in futuro. Abbiamo dovuto annullare con breve preavviso a causa di una malattia. Sfortunatamente, il proprietario non è stato né accomodante né comprensivo, anche se eravamo già stati lì. Quando sorge un "problema", hai davvero un'idea del servizio offerto da un'azienda. La politica di cancellazione prevede chiaramente un preavviso di 48 ore, ma la malattia non fa eccezione. Holz100 ci ha perso come clienti e non possiamo consigliarli perché le persone possono ammalarsi. Ci sono rimasti tutti i costi. Che peccato!
I booked the Holz100 Spa to give my wife some "child-free" relaxation time for her birthday as part of her surprise day out. And it was simply sensational, and she (we) were absolutely thrilled. This "wellness" apartment lets you forget the stresses of everyday life and recharge your batteries. We thoroughly enjoyed the high-quality wellness products, and the organic Prosecco was also fantastic, offering excellent value for money. We'd love to come back, even though it takes an hour to get there from Zurich, but it's definitely worth it. Top-notch!
The spa is lovely, but the customer service is unfortunately lacking. We won't be booking again! We had booked but couldn't keep our appointment due to illness. The contract states that cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance, but unfortunately, we didn't know I was going to be sick 48 hours beforehand. There was absolutely no willingness to accommodate us, no goodwill whatsoever. Even when we called, they reiterated the 48-hour rule. Therefore, we will not be booking this spa again in the future. It's a shame that they don't value their customers. The owner's response: "That's correct, I'm sorry I didn't get sick sooner." As if illness is something you can plan for?! Of course, we declined. What am I supposed to do the next day if I'm sick? They could have at least offered us an appointment when I was healthy again! Kind regards
