Recentemente ho acquistato uno Specialized Rockhopper Elite 29er e sono stati così gentili da ottenerlo nella colorazione che volevo da un altro punto vendita di febbraio. Mi hanno anche aiutato a mantenere nel tempo la mia Roubaix Specializzata. Adoro il negozio e la parte migliore è che è nel mio quartiere.

Ho usato questo negozio per un servizio e da allora non ho più usato molto la mia bici. Quando l'ho controllato e un amico (meccanico di biciclette professionista) l'ha guardato. Mi rendo conto che il meccanico dell'officina non ne aveva la minima idea. Ha cambiato la catena senza la cassetta posteriore, mi ha detto che i freni non potevano essere migliori e che c'era aria nell'impianto (non avrebbe potuto controllare), ho anche scoperto che la scatola sul fondo del motore è rotta (troppo tardi per tornare indietro). Fa anche rumore ed erano le boccole della sospensione posteriore e ha detto che non poteva essere riparato. Molto povero e molto costoso ca. 300CHF😥

Una gemma nascosta di un negozio di biciclette intorno a Zugo. Veramente. Siamo stati molto felici di aiutarmi con una bici da strada Canyon e di avere un'eccellente selezione di prodotti morbidi e duri. Grandi chiavi inglesi che erano felici di parlare anche di cose sulla bici.

I've been to that bike shop twice already. The first time, I was completely satisfied with the advice and service. The second time, I was at the shop between 3:00 and 4:00 PM with my bike for a possible tire change (because I felt the tire was wearing down – longer braking distance; I was aware of the two marks in the tire tread). I was told to schedule an appointment for the next day without them even looking at the bike. So, the next morning, I went to the shop as agreed. They explained the two marks to me and said the tire would be fine until they wore down, and then they quickly tightened the wheel for me (a quick fix). Technically, everything was correct, the job was done, but I didn't need to go to the shop twice for the same service. What would have required an appointment the day before was done in two minutes the next day...
