Il signor Calabrese (consulente commerciale) ha risposto alla mia email immediatamente e con eccezionale gentilezza, e pochi giorni dopo ho ricevuto i campioni (incluso un piccolo regalo extra) con un saluto scritto a mano nella mia casella di posta. We wanted to build with Blatter because we got a good impression from their showroom. We were wrong: the first tiler was terrible, we complained, but weren't taken seriously, and the management is arrogant and rude. The only decent employee finally saved our project. We couldn't use our bathroom until two months late and incurred enormous additional expenses. STAY AWAY!
