Sono settimane che aspetto un semplice codice cancellabile per il mio ex veicolo in leasing. Nonostante le ripetute e-mail, telefonate e promesse, fino ad oggi non è successo nulla. Nessuno si sente responsabile, non arrivano risposte e il caso viene semplicemente rinviato. Questo comportamento è semplicemente inaccettabile per una società finanziaria. Apparentemente i clienti qui devono aspettarsi una mancanza di comunicazione e ritardi infiniti. Molto deludente.
Sicuramente NON li definirei un partner di leasing rispettabile. Basta guardare le recensioni di questa azienda....... Il mio contratto di acquisto/locazione ammontava a CHF 32,00 - mi hanno addebitato CHF 36.200 - sono CHF 4.200 di troppo...... Ti auguro continua fortuna, ma non più con me.....
Il livello di incompetenza non ha eguali. I dipendenti (se così si possono chiamare) sono completamente incompetenti. Sono settimane che aspettano che venga cancellato un codice in uso da quattro anni. Non possono o non vogliono (posso ben immaginare queste persone) nemmeno contattare i propri dipendenti. Le email ricevono risposta dopo giorni e mai con una soluzione, ma con riferimenti che non hanno senso. Per aziende e dipendenti come questi, Google dovrebbe consentire la possibilità di lasciare recensioni negative.
Worst customer service ever, no point in calling them they will never answer.
As a long-time Opel Finance customer, I would like to share my recent experience with the company. Unfortunately, my last contact with their customer service was extremely unsatisfactory and left a negative impression. First, I encountered unfriendly staff on the phone who were unable to provide any real assistance. It was frustrating that I had to make several calls to obtain information that should be readily available. Furthermore, I received invoices from Germany without the necessary payment slips. This meant I had to chase them down to get my bank details. This extra effort could have been avoided. Unfortunately, the situation didn't improve when, after a few days, I received a standard email instructing me to create the payment slip myself. As a loyal customer, I find it unacceptable to be made responsible for a basic service. It should go without saying that Opel Finance provides the necessary documentation and makes the payment process as easy as possible for its customers. Overall, my experience with Opel Finance was characterized by inconvenience and a lack of efficient customer service. It is regrettable that I, as a customer, experienced so many difficulties and that the company's communication needs improvement. I hope that Opel Finance considers this review as constructive feedback and takes appropriate measures to prevent such problems in the future. As a long-standing customer, I hope for positive changes and improved customer service from Opel Finance.
Competent service should be a company's top priority. This company, however, is incredibly customer-unfriendly and unhelpful; it couldn't be worse. Supervisors, of course, are always unavailable! They only put obstacles in your way, not remove them. My conclusion: I will NEVER consider this bank.
