Negli ultimi dieci anni ho lentamente rivolto la maggior parte dei miei strumenti a PB Swiss. Tra questi c'era uno strumento per bici con giunto Victorinox / PB Swiss al quale, dopo anni di abusi, sono riuscito a rompere una leva di plastica durante il cambio di una gomma. Non sono riuscito a trovare il pezzo di ricambio in vendita, quindi ho scritto a PBS e, come previsto, dopo un rapido avanti e indietro via email, mi hanno inviato gratuitamente la parte rotta. Complimenti per il servizio perfetto, bello sapere che ci sono ancora aziende che prestano così tanta attenzione al servizio clienti.

Since I was looking for a specialty screwdriver and other suppliers no longer offer it, or at least not in the right size, I ended up with PB Swiss Tools. Admittedly, the price of €9.90 for a small package seemed rather steep to me as a shipping price, but since each retailer can determine their own shipping costs, it's at least legally acceptable. At least they stated that the product was in stock and would arrive in 1-2 days. But I thought, you're happy to pay a little more for fast shipping. Surely, it's only a small price for most people in the end, but if I have such high shipping costs and advertise on my website that the product will arrive in 1-2 days and the package "only" comes from Nuremberg and not Switzerland, then I have every right to be dissatisfied if it takes five days to arrive. Additionally, there's no shipping notification or tracking, so you're left in the dark as to when the package will arrive. Of course, there's still the option of contacting customer service... but I didn't get a response there either. Conclusion: Even if the screwdrivers are worth their rather high price, I'll only order from here if it's absolutely necessary.
