I have a mobility impairment and had a wonderful experience today. A very friendly and helpful employee approached me and helped me place the heavy cardboard and paper waste into the appropriate containers. The employees at the Beck recycling center could learn a thing or two about customer service from this.
We went to the recycling center today after a long time. As always, everyone was friendly and helpful. But then came the shock; as usual, I put away my cardboard box, and then, once everything was inside, an employee told me that this now required a fee. I'm never coming back! I'll dispose of my cardboard for FREE at another recycling center. Now that everything is more expensive and I'm already paying for the cardboard box when I buy things, I certainly can't afford to pay every time I dispose of it. I think it's outrageous!
Paying to dispose of cardboard?! Seriously? This way it's guaranteed to end up in the regular trash or in someone's fireplace. The whole thing is completely thought out! And for years you've been making a killing off people who brought in their recyclables. If it weren't for your workers who get their hands dirty every single day, I'd hope you'd go bankrupt!
