La varietà dei pasti è enorme e il cibo è sempre delizioso, il prezzo delle porzioni e del buffet del pranzo vale sicuramente la pena. Il servizio è davvero eccezionale: sono sempre super gentili e professionali e si sente sempre che i clienti sono la loro priorità numero uno. Namaste Uetikon è sicuramente uno dei posti in cui mi piace tornare ogni volta!
Sono andato lì per cena e purtroppo ho avuto un'esperienza molto deludente. Il cibo era al massimo nella media e mancava autentici sapori indiani. Sebbene l'atmosfera in sé fosse piacevole, il servizio ha completamente rovinato la serata. La cameriera con i capelli ricci era estremamente scortese, condiscendente e poco professionale nel suo tono. Inoltre, il personale discuteva apertamente tra di loro, il che rendeva l'ambiente molto scomodo. Nel complesso, non è stata un'esperienza culinaria piacevole e sicuramente non ci tornerò.

We have been missing a really great Indian restaurant and our sign of the lake. Namaste really has become the one Indian restaurant that even our Indian friends go to we love the food, the service, the quality of the produce, and literally the entire experience at Namaste.
“Great food, but terrible service. In an empty restaurant, it took 10 minutes just to order a beer. The wrong main course was served, and after finally getting the right one, they still charged for the mistake. Refund process was painfully slow, and instead of owning up to the error, the staff argued. Unacceptable service.”
If you want to eat an authentic and delicious Indian food, this is your restaurant. The food is really tasty from starters to main courses, continuing until desserts. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The food is on time and the atmosphere of the restaurant is warming.
