Un outlet molto carino con personale molto disponibile, competente, cortese e gioviale. La commessa ha mostrato e spiegato tutto ciò che volevamo. L'outlet è situato in una posizione privilegiata di fronte alla stazione ferroviaria di Interlaken. Ha una grande collezione di coltelli svizzeri, altri coltelli, scarpe, borse, valigie e vestiti.
Il personale è molto paziente e ho fatto un ottimo affare sul Victorinox fino al 30%!

Felt very unwanted here. Came in to look for a souvenir, found a pen knife that I liked. My dad told me not to buy it as the woman working was counting the magnets after we had been near them and that he didn’t want to give money to a store that treat us like criminals for no reason. She followed us constantly round the store and made us feel really uncomfortable and awkward. We’re a family of 5. If she wants to get rid of shoplifters she needs to be more discreet because she’s getting rid of paying customers too. Ended up buying our goods at a shop a couple doors down, they were lovely there!
