Ho utilizzato Urban Connect per noleggiare un'auto dalla loro flotta Tesla e sono rimasto molto soddisfatto del loro livello di servizio. L'app ha pensato a tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno, dalla gestione dell'auto, alla ricezione istantanea delle risposte dell'assistenza via chat e ai dettagli presentati in modo molto trasparente (a differenza di altre società di noleggio auto che, ad esempio, nascondono il costo finale). Utilizzerò di nuovo volentieri il servizio

Urban Connect provides a super useful solution to my everyday commute needs and any ad-hoc transportation needed. I was extremely satisfied with the quality of the cars, including cleaning! I am definately going to be a returning customer and in summer time will make use of the bikes as well. P.S. customer service and support is also really helpful.

The worst experience ever with a worst customer service. I was standing in front of the vehicle and the app said that the car is being used by another user currently. The customer service was not working at all. Do not use it if you do not want to ruin your day. Updated: received a call from support they explained me the issue and appologised. Changed the stars from 1 to 4. Well done by contacting me.
