Hotel eccellente, personale assolutamente professionale ed estremamente disponibile e molto gentile. La reception e la sala colazione sono bellissime, la scelta della colazione è molto buona. Se sei un fumatore hanno una deliziosa sala fumatori. Consiglierei questo hotel al 100%.

Solo una parola: wow! Per questa fascia di prezzo, l'hotel è incredibilmente ben situato in un'ottima posizione. Le opzioni per la colazione erano fantastiche, con molta scelta anche per i vegetariani. Il personale è eccezionale e parla un inglese eccellente, il che ha reso facile la comunicazione e ha contribuito a garantire un soggiorno piacevole. Ho adorato l'intero hotel, soprattutto la vista dal mio balcone.

Wonderful hotel and the front desk is super friendly too! Loved their breakfast! It’s literally my best meal of the day! Rooms are spacious and warm, and it’s close to shops. Prices on the weekend are discounted too, so that’s a bonus. You will enter the hotel through a lift, and there are 2 entrances to get to the lift.

They just renovated the hotel and the rooms are nice and clean. I’ve stayed a few times for business. It’s also very close to the train station. And a short train ride into Zürich

This hotel is NOT a bargain, they are charging just for the location,. Hotel Illuster in Uster, Switzerland is a clean, modern place with comfortable rooms and a good location. My room was nicely furnished and generally pleasant—except for the temperature. It was surprisingly warm, and here's the kicker: when the hotel says it’s “temperature-controlled,” that does not mean air-conditioned. Important distinction! I found it a bit curious that every staff member mentioned they’re “installing AC soon, but it’s delayed.” Maybe it’s true, maybe it’s the Swiss version of “mañana.” Either way, if you’re staying during warm weather, pack light pajamas and maybe a small desk fan just to be safe. Overall, a decent stay, but a cool breeze would have made it much cooler—literally.
