Abbiamo avuto un'esperienza assolutamente straordinaria all'Hotel Residence Loren. Fin dall'inizio, il personale è stato incredibilmente accomodante, consentendo sia il check-in anticipato che il check-out posticipato, il che ha davvero migliorato il nostro soggiorno. Le camere venivano pulite perfettamente ogni giorno, e anche quando un grande gruppo di turisti faceva il check-in e le cose diventavano brevemente rumorose, semplicemente chiudendo la porta del balcone lo rendeva completamente silenzioso. La posizione è eccellente: a soli 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria, molto centrale e facilmente raggiungibile dall'aeroporto di Zurigo. Tutto il personale era gentile, disponibile e accogliente e il cibo era fantastico, la pizza in particolare era assolutamente perfetta. Nonostante abbiano mancato due volte l'orario di chiusura della colazione, hanno riaperto la cucina solo per noi, cosa molto apprezzata. Consigliamo assolutamente questo hotel e ci tornerò senza esitazione. Una vera gemma nascosta!
Eccezionale! Camera enorme per una doppia, incluso un letto lungo e un divano letto, camere e letti estremamente confortevoli, la lavatrice era inclusa all'interno della stanza! Fantastico, il ristorante era delizioso, l'unico problema era la posizione che era abbastanza lontana da altri ristoranti e generi alimentari, mi è piaciuto moltissimo il mio soggiorno in hotel!
an extraordinary hotel, with a wonderful boss for 3 years we have been coming here in Switzerland and every time we choose Hotel Loren, the owner is a wonderful woman, we also came with our baby and every time we needed something she was always very quick to offer help, she always responds very quickly to messages and always welcomes us with love! very clean room, kitchen and bathroom, parking space and quiet place in the hotel courtyard, dreamy, every time we come with love, I am always at home in Hotel Loren! we love this location we love the staff♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
I had a brief but wonderful experience at Hotel Residence Loren. The owner is very friendly and kind, just like all the staff. Rooms are clean and the place is a quiet one. I was in Uster for work but I would strongly recommend Hotel Residence Loren for anyone who want to visit Uster (work,vacation).
This hotel managed to double book a room for me and then insisted they have not done so and the error was due to me (which it definitely was not). At the front desk the lady explained that it would be ok and charged me for one room and then proceeded to email me later saying I should pay for both rooms. A really awful and sorry customer experience and not a place I'd want to re-visit any time soon. The room itself was bare with lots of noise from a nearby train. Most importantly the customer service has been terrible, a sure sign of a place that doesn't deserve people's business. I hope they improve, but right now I'd recommend strongly avoiding this business. Edit: as one can see in the reply, the hotel simply cannot accept it is in the wrong about something and will instead choose to berate guests, I recommend avoiding such businesses including this one!
