Per diverse settimane abbiamo avuto ripetutamente bisogno di una sistemazione a Uznach per singoli pernottamenti – una situazione piuttosto insolita che non tutti gli affittacamere sono in grado di soddisfare in modo così flessibile. Il team del B&B Entensee, tuttavia, è stato semplicemente fantastico: incredibilmente disponibile, estremamente flessibile e sempre proattivo. Le camere sono pulitissime, arredate con grande attenzione ai dettagli, e trasmettono una sensazione di arrivo e benessere fin dal primo momento. Si capisce subito quanto cuore e quanto anima hanno messo Irene e Urs nel loro B&B. Per noi ogni soggiorno è stato un grande sollievo e, allo stesso tempo, una piccola casa lontano da casa. Altamente raccomandato - semplicemente meraviglioso!
A real stroke of luck – warm, thoughtful, and simply wonderful! (10/10) On our motorcycle trip, we were caught in a heavy downpour and had to spontaneously search for accommodation. How lucky that we stumbled upon the enchanting BnB Entensee run by Irene & Urs Lehmann-Fäh! We received an incredibly warm welcome and felt welcome from the very first moment. The accommodation is furnished with such attention to detail – everything revolves charmingly and with a wink around the theme of "duck." From the decor to the little surprises, everything is thoughtfully and lovingly designed. Sustainability is also a top priority here – a beautiful and valuable sign in this day and age. The breakfast was not only delicious, but a real highlight, full of regional and high-quality products. What was especially nice: The children were also well catered for! Board games, a small play area, and a cold beer in the fridge for the grown-ups – they really thought of everything here. Accommodation that's not only practical, but truly warm, homely, and relaxing. Thank you for this wonderful experience – we'd love to come back! With good cheer André Ella Kim Mia
A very warm and creative B&B. Whether for spontaneous or long-term guests, or to accommodate visitors... you can stay here comfortably. Breakfast preferences are taken into account, making it ideal for vegans as well. Just like the wonderful guests, the wonderful staff and owners are very friendly and easy to deal with. Unfortunately, I was unable to stay overnight due to a medical emergency in my family. My request for at least a small refund for the room I never used (which didn't require cleaning) and the breakfast I never had was met with no response from BnB Entensee. They had only offered that I wouldn't have to pay for breakfast separately on my next booking. When I pointed out that I wouldn't be returning to the area for the foreseeable future and that this was of no use to me, they still didn't respond. Customer service is clearly not a concept here, and ignoring messages from guests is extremely poor form. I had a very bad experience with BnB Entensee.
