L'ombrello che abbiamo regalato a nostra figlia per Natale era difettoso. Ho inviato una email con una foto al servizio clienti. Lo stesso giorno ho ricevuto risposta che mi informava che l'ombrello sarebbe stato sostituito. Questo è ciò che io chiamo servizio eccellente e dimostra ancora una volta che investire in un buon marchio conviene. Grazie mille!

Nel maggio 2024 ti ho ordinato un ombrello. Precedentemente possedevo uno dei vostri ombrelli, che è rimasto in ottime condizioni per quasi 10 anni e mi ha accompagnato ovunque. Sono però deluso dal nuovo modello. Dopo solo pochi mesi non si apriva e non si chiudeva più correttamente. Nell'agosto 2024 l'ho inviato per la riparazione. Ma anche dopo che è stato restituito, non ha funzionato perfettamente. Ora, nel settembre 2025, si è finalmente rotto completamente. È stato bello finché è durato, ma sfortunatamente non si può più chiamarla qualità. In futuro probabilmente comprerò semplicemente un ombrello più economico se comunque non durerà a lungo. Arrivederci.

La risposta rapida e molto amichevole via e-mail, nonché la disponibilità a sostituire l'ombrello rotto di nostra figlia: semplicemente eccezionali! Al giorno d'oggi un servizio così eccellente non è scontato, ma la Strotz AG ha fatto proprio questo. Siamo molto felici e grati.
