Uno dei migliori negozi in cui sono stato, servizio ottimo e cordiale. Ci hanno persino rimborsato l'intero importo dopo un giorno in cui non potevamo andare a sciare!

Ha marchi davvero unici e una buona collezione di abbigliamento e accessori sportivi. Poco costoso e il negozio è ben tenuto e il personale è cordiale. I negozi hanno tutti uno snack e una caffetteria.

"Nicely equipped shop, we'd previously bought a few things there and the guy was quite helpful, which is why we returned there to rent a pair of cross country skis for my son to try out. These were considerably pricier than in other places in Graubünden or Tessin, especially the one day options. They were 30% more expensive! When I asked for a modest discount I was told that it was out of the question and received an unnecessarily rude answer from both the manager and the young girl working there: "if-you-don't-like-our-prices-you-can-go-to-another-shop". I'm sorry, but this kind of answer is not an appropriate way of dealing with customers who make a reasonable request. It looks like the team is missing some basic manners and marketing skills. The manager should not only set a good example, but be focused on keeping customers coming back rather than making an insignificant profit of 5 CHF PS At least they could have offered us an old piece of cake as they generously did to their customer last year !!! :o)
