I urgently needed a new clutch for my older motorcycle. It originally had a Sachs clutch. I sent a quick email to Volketswil inquiring about a replacement. Shortly after, I received a reply with availability and price. I ordered it Friday afternoon and it arrived at my house Monday afternoon. That's what I call customer service! Simply top-notch from start to finish. Keep it up! 👍

My BMW X3 M40i had a preventative transmission service performed at approximately 128,000 km. Before the service, the transmission was already working very well. Occasionally, the shifts were a bit firmer, which is perfectly acceptable given the car's sporty setup. Accordingly, I wasn't expecting any major improvements, as the service was purely preventative. However, after just a few kilometers following the transmission fluid change (including flushing), as well as the oil changes in the front and rear differentials and the transfer case, a noticeable improvement was apparent. The shifts became significantly smoother and more harmonious. Even after about 1,000 kilometers, the transmission continues to perform excellently. While it's noticeable that the transmission has made some adaptations over time, the driving experience remains very positive. In summary, I am very satisfied with the result. Thank you for the professional work.
