Ho ordinato due sacchi di carbone e ho pagato in anticipo. Dopo tre telefonate e una richiesta scritta, la merce è stata finalmente consegnata, con cinque settimane di ritardo. Questo sarà il mio primo e ultimo ordine.

Servizio eccellente Hanno consegnato il carbone di cui avevo bisogno direttamente a casa mia entro 12 ore per una spedizione di 12 franchi. Il negozio a prima vista può sembrare antiquato, ma il servizio e la velocità raccontano una storia completamente diversa. For our summer party, we ordered drinks and rented glasses and refrigerators from H.J. Langendorf AG. Unfortunately, the service was unsatisfactory in every respect. The refrigerators were rusty and dirty. Their functionality was limited (poor plug, loud noise); such appliances should generally no longer be used for rental purposes. The glasses were also dirty and needed to be replaced. This despite the fact that you pay CHF 0.50 per glass in addition to the rental fee for cleaning (which isn't clear when ordering online). This cleaning service puts the rental prices on the higher end, and, as mentioned, for poor quality. All in all, a huge disappointment; we wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Where to begin? Our impression is a bit mixed. We were neither thrilled nor disappointed with the service. To start with: the result was good; we had the right drinks ready for our wedding. But up until then, the service was just... well, let's just say it wasn't great. It started with us having to wait 30 minutes during the pre-wedding meeting. Okay, they kindly covered the cost of the drinks we consumed. Then, during the actual delivery, the trailer was left in the wrong place. We had to drive the trailer to the correct location ourselves on the morning of the wedding (it should be noted that a trailer hitch had to be specially fitted to the car), which meant the drinks weren't chilled. So, we didn't have optimally chilled drinks for the aperitif. And there was no apology from Langendorf AG. So, we did have the ordered drinks at the right time and in the right place. But only because we had to intervene ourselves. A shame.

Drinks and event furniture were delivered on time, in excellent condition, to the correct location, and at fair prices. Return shipping was handled quickly and easily. Friendly and professional service. See you at the next event!
