Zwibol è più di un negozio di alimentari. È una comunità e un delizioso caffè. I prodotti nel negozio sono di produzione locale e di provenienza locale (compresi hummus e sottaceti!), e il cibo delizioso nel bar è lo stesso. Tutto è preparato con ingredienti freschi, quindi non esiste un menu fisso. Il personale è adorabile e fa tutto parte della cooperativa che possiede insieme il negozio/bar. Si trova a pochi minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria di Wädenswil e a pochi minuti dal lago.

Prendo regolarmente il mio pranzo al bistrot biologico di Wädenswil e sono sempre entusiasta! Il bistrot lavora esclusivamente con cibo biologico, di provenienza locale e prodotto in modo sostenibile, che si riflette in ogni boccone. Apprezzo particolarmente la possibilità di portare il mio contenitore. I menu creativi del pranzo non sono solo deliziosi ma anche sempre freschi e stagionali. È affascinante vedere cosa viene prodotto con alimenti che non sono più adatti alla vendita al dettaglio. Offrono anche un delizioso brunch e deliziose torte, che mi piacerebbe provare se fossi lì di persona. Il caffè biologico è un altro punto forte che non mi perdo mai! L'atmosfera nel bistrot è piacevole e invitante. Consiglio vivamente questo bistrot!

I love coming here for a delicious and affordable lunch. The food is always freshly cooked with seasonal ingredients and tastes absolutely wonderful. The shop's products are fantastic too; you can find the best organic produce from the region and everything you need for everyday life. Thanks to my membership, I, as a single mother, can buy high-quality organic products at a great price for myself and my daughter.
Zwibol is truly a fantastic shop that I can recommend to everyone. They sell regional organic products unpackaged, so you can, for example, fill your own jar with pasta from home. The prices are a bit higher than at mass-produced stores, but I'm sure that if the shop attracts more customers, the prices can be lowered further. There's also a bistro where they conjure up excellent vegan and vegetarian meals at lunchtime, which are incredibly affordable and, above all, extremely delicious! The shop's location is superb, practically right next to the Wädenswil train station, although it's a bit hidden – you almost have to know where it is to find it. If you're a member of the cooperative, you can enter the shop 24/7, meaning you can shop at any time of day or night. I've never seen anything like it anywhere else!
