Ho portato i miei vestiti a Texsana in perfette condizioni per la pulizia e il rimessaggio estivo e li ho restituiti completamente rovinati. Dopo sei mesi di corrispondenza nel tentativo di risolvere la questione in modo amichevole, il rappresentante dell’azienda, il signor Profer, ha finalmente detto: “Forse non siamo stati nemmeno noi a danneggiarli”. Non ho mai sperimentato tanta irresponsabilità e mancanza di professionalità in Svizzera. Texana si prende i tuoi vestiti e i tuoi soldi, ma non si assume alcuna responsabilità per i propri errori. Evita questa compagnia e assicurati sempre di avere un'assicurazione legale: potresti averne bisogno se mai dovessi avere a che fare con loro.
Li adoro, amichevoli, di buona qualità, danno tutti i miei vestiti in perfetto stato, se mancano i bottoni li riparano.
Sembravi un po' lento e poco motivato, altrimenti avresti sempre ottenuto ciò per cui sei venuto se il tuo paziente...
Next job!!! I dropped off two 100% cashmere sweaters I'd just bought. So I decided to have them washed for the first time at a dry cleaner's to avoid any problems. I told the owner that they couldn't be machine washed or dry cleaned, and the guy replied, "We know what we have to do; we know our job." He was not very friendly. I wanted to trust him anyway, so I left the sweaters with him and picked them up completely felted, with a chemical smell that lasted for days! Absolutely not recommended. I'll never go to these people again, and I'll be speaking badly of them throughout Wädenswil!
I hate writing negative reviews, and I don't usually do it. Unfortunately, no one has contacted me yet regarding my complaint. My 1400 CHF Canada Goose jacket has been ruined; it's no longer black, but has turned gray. There are stains and damage everywhere. I hope someone gets in touch soon. Then, of course, I will rate their customer service and professional handling of the complaint.
Losing a pair of pants from a laundry delivery along with other clothes and refusing to pay for them is completely unacceptable. And then, a year later, we receive the same receipt for the missing pants with a new delivery. You search for these expensive pants again and don't keep your promise to call me the next day. I had to come by today, only to be yelled at because you hadn't found the pants and you wouldn't replace them. This is absolutely unacceptable! Oh, and you haven't even answered my old inquiry about a customer card. Your customer service is a disaster.
