We were satisfied for a long time. But after a package upgrade (!?) for Webex, cloud recording no longer works. Indian support is nice and helpful, but clueless and somewhat clueless (calls at 1:00 a.m.). Downgrading via the website isn't possible either because the site is stuck in a loop. I'll probably have to keep an expensive subscription, even though I no longer need it and important features are faulty. Webex is over-engineered and outdated.
