Consiglierei di cenare al Deck almeno una volta a Wengen! Abbiamo cenato due volte al The Deck. La zuppa del giorno (funghi, zucca) erano i punti salienti. La fonduta è assolutamente da provare. Avevamo 2 fondute: tradizionale e vino di mele. Consiglio il vino di mele poiché l'alcol è meno forte. 1 fonduta è buona per 2 persone da condividere. Abbiamo anche ordinato la Steak & Fries e l'hamburger. La carne era ben cotta per entrambi. Le patatine fritte non sono buone. L'atmosfera generale è romantica: luci soffuse e silenziose e il servizio è eccellente.
Vista incredibile. Puoi goderti il panorama durante il pranzo o per un drink all'aperto. Il cibo e le bevande sono eccellenti, accompagnati da un ottimo servizio e attenzione al cliente. Si trova più in alto rispetto alla maggior parte dei ristoranti, se non a tutti, ma offre una vista perfetta. Consiglio vivamente il mazzo. Godere.
La fonduta al vino di mele è la migliore fonduta che abbiamo mai avuto, i panorami dal ristorante sono stupendi, l'atmosfera è incantevole. Il personale è eccezionale, la loro attenzione ai dettagli, il modo di interagire e il loro approccio accogliente sono così rari e hanno reso l'intera esperienza davvero piacevole.
We spent two wonderful evenings here at The Deck and we'll definitely be coming back! The food was excellent, we had the fondue both times (the classic version is great, but we recommend you try the apple wine version as it's something special :) ) and one of our sons had the steak & fries. Everything was of great quality and tasted amazing. The staff was very attentive and friendly and we felt very welcome. Thank you so much to John and his team, highly recommend this place!
One of the best restaurants that I've ever tried overall. In terms of atmosphere, food, service everything was perfect. On the top of wengen with beautiful sights, the fondue was amazing and generous with some sides. The waiter was very pro, he did proposed very good wines. If you went to Wegen don't skip that restaurant if you wanna eat!
Unreal views, great service and amazing fondue! The views are truly remarkable at this place, night and day as you can see. The servers were very attentive and kind. This was the first fondue we tried in Switzerland and it absolutely did not disappoint. Very filling and comes with a generous amount of bread, some potatoes and other bites to dip in the melted cheese.
