I arranged a no-obligation consultation with Timon Markovic, who was able to show me all my options, in addition to other consultations with competing brands. But Timon easily outperformed the competition. The offer was perfect for me. The entire process, including all the paperwork and contracts, was completely straightforward. The transition from my old car to the new one was equally seamless, including finding a suitable, affordable comprehensive insurance policy (I received several quotes), handling the vehicle inspection, and ordering the new vehicle registration document. I didn't have to lift a finger, except to pick up the new car on the agreed date and leave my old clunker. And throughout the entire waiting period (preparing contracts/documents, service, updates, vehicle inspection), Timon was readily available via WhatsApp or phone whenever I had questions or needed clarification, at his own request. Many other garages could learn a thing or two from him.
