Fiber optic at home – best decision ever! No more speed problems! Since Ethernet doesn't work alongside power lines in existing buildings, they installed fiber optic cables throughout the house. This also allowed the Swisscom fiber signal to be routed directly to the basement utility room on one of the many fibers, instead of setting up the infrastructure in the living room.
The company Aeschimann Elektro addressed my problem very quickly. The service technician, Mr. C., did an excellent job; he was fast and competent. He was also very pleasant to deal with.
