La Falegnameria Frutiger non è consigliata! La falegnameria ha completato per noi due lavori e il secondo lavoro è stato fatturato al doppio del prezzo del primo, che comportava solo il 30% di lavoro in più. C'è poco segno di passione per l'artigianato e nessuno in negozio ha la minima idea del servizio clienti. L'intera esperienza è stata un'enorme delusione e sicuramente non li consiglieremmo a nessuno. Avevamo anche un'altra falegnameria nella zona e il loro commento è stato: "I falegnami Frutiger lavorano molto lentamente!" È bello avere amici che ti danno 5 stelle...

I am satisfied with the work, but the way in which customers are communicated with, or rather not, is something I have never experienced before. It all started very well. It was about storm wind damage to a vestibule door. It happened in August. I received a quote straight away and the work was agreed to be carried out in week 38. The door was picked up on October 30, 2023, with the instruction that it would be rehung in three days (I have this in writing). After that, nothing happened. After a month of inquiries, three times. No reply. At the end of the year I tried to contact the site. I sent another email, no reply. I reached an employee in the office at the beginning of the year. The door was supposed to be delivered within a week. It wasn't, and I wasn't informed. I was not answered by phone, despite numerous attempts. Then I received a text message from the owner. The employee is sick and wants to call back, but he doesn't. I tried again to call the office and on my cell phone, several times. No reply. New message for delivery of the door via text message, but it didn't work again. The door was finally delivered on Friday, January 19, 2024. Hallelujah. The invoice arrived the following day, Saturday, which certainly worked out better.
