Il BWD e il WMS – un ottimo esempio di comunicazione organizzativa al contrario A volte ci si chiede se la BWD sa che effettivamente si studia alla WMS – o se immagina la scuola come un progetto pilota puramente teorico sulla carta. Comunicazione? Un concetto estraneo, apparentemente sepolto negli archivi del regista. Le informazioni arrivano tardi, non sono chiare o non arrivano affatto. Se sei fortunato, potresti ricevere un'e-mail, di solito dopo che la riunione è già passata. E cercando di non perdere del tutto il conto in mezzo al caos di dichiarazioni contraddittorie e cambi di programma spontanei, sorge una semplice domanda: Come può funzionare una scuola secondaria orientata al business senza mensa? La stessa scena si ripete ogni giorno: centinaia di studenti cercano un posto dove mangiare durante le pause in corridoi sovraffollati perché non c'è nessun posto che assomigli anche lontanamente a una mensa. Un concetto del 2025 con l’infrastruttura del 1995. L'Ufficio federale per gli acquisti della difesa (BWD) riesce a trattare ogni annuncio come un segreto di stato e allo stesso tempo a fingere che tutto sia perfettamente organizzato. Peccato solo che trasparenza e certezza progettuale siano temi apparentemente opzionali in questa Agenzia. In breve: molta amministrazione, poca comprensione dell'essenziale. Se comunicazione e infrastrutture fossero materia d’esame, il BWD fallirebbe miseramente – con una ripetizione in estate.

Ciao amici di oggi Sono un ex studente di BWD. Quando ero lì ho avuto solo esperienze positive. Tuttavia, ci sono alcune carenze. Ad esempio, ho sentito molto parlare di quello che sembra succedere sul divano del secondo piano. Inoltre, alcuni studenti sono molto rumorosi. BWD Bern is a top-notch school. During my time there (2019–2022), all the teachers were incredibly dedicated and truly committed to our success. The learning environment was motivating and pleasant – you could tell that they were teaching more than just academic subjects. In my opinion, BWD provides a broad general knowledge base that benefits you later on – whether in university, your career, or even your free time. But what truly made this school special were the many unforgettable moments that extended far beyond the classroom: There were the legendary 15-minute breaks when you'd dash down to the Coop with your friends – usually more for chatting and laughing than actually shopping. Or the group projects where you weren't in the classroom but could work outside in the hallway or in the group study rooms – a blend of productive exchange and great team spirit. ... And let's not forget the legendary Box 65 – a place we still talk about today as if it were a small monument to our time together. Even now, many former classmates rave about their time at BWD. For us, it was more than just school – it was a formative period full of memories.
