Ottimo personale! Ho due bambini piccoli e c'è anche il nostro medico di famiglia. Ci vado ormai da anni e fanno un ottimo lavoro. Le infermiere sono fantastiche e i medici si prendono sempre il tempo per ascoltare i genitori e analizzare a fondo il problema. Siamo molto grati!

Siamo stati più volte al Kinder-Permanence allo Spital Zollikerberg e siamo sempre stati accolti con attenzione e premurosità da parte dei medici e del personale. I tempi di attesa per un appuntamento nella mia esperienza sono notevolmente più brevi che in altre Permanenze, l'appuntamento non è richiesto, potete semplicemente venire.

Unfortunately we had a really bad experience today. We took our 2.5 year old toddler because she was getting fever every night and by day it would get better. We were told we need to wait for one-two hours. We asked if we could go home and come back. We were told that we could go to cafeteria and wait as it would not take more than 2 hours. Even after 4 hours, there was no one to see our child. When we went to the reception to check, they said 5-10 minutes more. No one came even after another half and hour. We decided to leave and told them at the reception, they said you can go. When I asked about the waiting time of four hours, they said your baby’s condition was not serious. Was really sad to hear this. It was so unprofessional and inconsiderate for a children hospital.

Worst hospital I've ever visited. When I gave birth to my daughter, her temperature rose and she was transferred to this bad hospital. They gave her a bottle, formula milk, and artificial sugar so that she would accept the pacifier without take my permission. Also, when I visited her, the nurses treated me badly, not to mention the bullying I was subjected to, they think I never understand German. Really, I am very angry for a month now, I am daily I struggle with my daughter until she accepts breastfeeding because her stomach does not digest formula milk every day. I suffer in addition to the great psychological impact that I am going through from this experience. I will not forget and will not forgive them, and now I want to share my bad experience as a new resident in Switzerland. Really it's the worst experience in my entire life.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience yesterday. We took our 12 week old baby as she’s been sick with a virus for many weeks. We were the only ones there yet we waited about 90 minutes. My husband needed to leave for work and so he told reception we’d come back again. Then the Dr suddenly appeared from her office saying she could see us now. It seems we were deliberately left waiting and only when we said we had to leave were we attended to. Then the Dr was not empathetic or kind at all. We have had other good experiences, this was just unlucky I guess.
