Ieri sono arrivato del tutto impreparato al workshop su "Capire i vostri clienti", organizzato e tenuto allo Startzentrum. Avevo visto il nome dell'azienda diverse volte, tuttavia (a causa del nome generico?) non mi sono mai preso la briga di approfondire la loro offerta. L'evento è stato avvincente. Non perché alcuni concetti all'avanguardia fossero condivisi, ma perché ciascuno sviluppa il profilo del proprio potenziale cliente - qualcosa che ho deciso di fare più volte negli ultimi anni (per altre start-up), ma poiché altri compiti sembravano più importanti in quel momento, non avevo mai dedicato così tanto tempo a un singolo profilo come durante il workshop. Il processo mi aiuterà sicuramente a costruire un prodotto migliore.
