1) Abbiamo effettuato il trasloco con quella società una settimana fa: tutto è andato bene e anche il prezzo finale era inferiore a quello stimato. Consiglio vivamente questo servizio. 2) Ieri hanno ripulito il nostro vecchio appartamento e oggi lo abbiamo consegnato al nostro precedente padrone di casa. La persona che è venuta con noi, ha risolto tutto velocemente (piccoli problemi ma il proprietario dell'appartamento è molto severo), ha creato un'atmosfera molto positiva al momento della consegna e ci ha aiutato molto - molte volte ha spiegato al proprietario dell'appartamento che qualcosa non è colpa nostra ma solo normale utilizzo. Questo ragazzo ha fatto un lavoro fantastico per noi. CONSIGLIO MOLTO QUESTO SERVIZIO!!!!

Il signor Göretas e il suo equipaggio fanno di tutto per farti sentire preso cura di te durante il trasloco. Il nostro trasloco è stato più che tempestivo: l'equipaggio è arrivato addirittura un po' prima del previsto. Se qualcosa non veniva imballato correttamente, offrivano aiuto. Non abbiamo subito danni durante il trasloco. Il signor Göretas risponde pazientemente ad ogni domanda e preoccupazione, capisce la continua lotta dei proprietari e degli inquilini e si assicura che non vi strappiterete i capelli durante la consegna dell'appartamento. Unfortunately, the initial good impression quickly deteriorated. A few weeks before the moving date, a sales consultant came by. We looked at everything so he could calculate a realistic timeframe and cost ceiling (approximately €1,800 for a 3.5-room apartment plus basement, no elevator). We planned to start at 8:00 a.m., load everything up, have lunch at the old apartment, unload the washing machine at the recycling center, and then drive to the new apartment. On moving day, it started well; everything was unpacked. Unfortunately, wall plugs were left in the wall, and there were a few dents, as other people have already mentioned in the comments. Then, around lunchtime, I was asked to get into the moving truck because we were driving to the recycling center. I assumed we were going back to the old apartment, so I didn't take my wallet and jacket with me. After the recycling center, however, they simply drove on. I said that I didn't have anything with me, but this was ignored because there wasn't time (there was also no time for lunch). My girlfriend was supposed to drive later and bring my wallet. The journey took her 1.5 hours, and she was busy cleaning the scratches on the walls left by the movers. So she dropped everything to catch up with us. I felt sorry for the movers, so I ordered pizza for everyone (I paid). At the new place, they unloaded, and there were already more scratches on the walls and furniture. Finally, completely exhausted from the whole day and the back and forth, they explained that they had needed more time than expected due to traffic, which meant they couldn't stay within the budget, and it would now cost 2,400 francs. I didn't have that much money with me. I was devastated. So I just gave them what I had (2,100 francs). In the end, everything got moved from A to B, but it wasn't handled very carefully, and it ended up costing 300 francs more (plus 100 francs for pizza) for something that the budget should have prevented.
