Avevamo piatti indiani e cinesi. Molto delizioso. Raramente ho mangiato una cucina così autentica. Posso davvero consigliare? questo ristorante. Chai indiano eccezionale. Quasi migliore di quello che faccio io.
Ho cenato in questo ristorante Koriander durante il mio soggiorno in Svizzera ed è stata un'esperienza eccezionale. I sapori erano autentici e meravigliosamente equilibrati, ogni piatto rifletteva la genuina tradizione culinaria indiana con un raffinato tocco europeo. Il pollo al burro era tenero e ricco, mentre le opzioni vegetariane erano ugualmente soddisfacenti, in particolare il paneer tikka e dal makhani. Il personale era gentile e attento, assicurandosi che il nostro tavolo fosse ben servito senza essere invadente. L'ambiente è ideale sia per pasti informali che per occasioni speciali. I prezzi erano ragionevoli per la Svizzera, data la qualità e le dimensioni delle porzioni. Ho apprezzato anche l'impegno del ristorante nei confronti della freschezza, il naan proveniva direttamente dal tandoor e le spezie avevano un sapore appena macinato. Altamente raccomandato a chiunque cerchi autentico cibo indiano a Zweisimmen, in Svizzera.
Il cibo qui è assolutamente incredibile: autentici sapori indiani che hanno il sapore di casa. Il servizio è rapido ed efficiente e c'è un'ampia varietà di piatti tra cui scegliere, quindi ce n'è per tutti i gusti. I prezzi sono molto ragionevoli per la qualità e le dimensioni delle porzioni. Se vai, il curry di gamberi del Kerala è assolutamente da provare: ricco, saporito e cucinato alla perfezione. Consiglio vivamente questo posto!
Two of us ordered Chicken Noodles, but the dish was covered in black pepper, making it extremely spicy and impossible to eat. When we politely mentioned this to the waitress, the chef came out and began to argue with us instead of listening. It felt very disrespectful and embarrassing, especially as my friend and I were only trying to give honest Feedback. The Restaurant clearly isn’t open to Constructive Reviews or suggestions for improvement. The Staff’s attitude, particularly towards women - was dismissive and unprofessional. I ended up leaving my meal untouched after paying over €20, feeling disappointed and still hungry. Definitely not the kind of experience you expect when dining out. * It seems the only decent food at this Restaurant is the Indian cuisine — my friend said her dish was okay.
During my visit to Switzerland, I happened to take a route toward the iconic Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge bridge. Yes, the famous Bollywood spot! After visiting the bridge, I felt like having some good Indian food. While checking nearby options, Koriander Restaurant and Bar immediately stood out because of its amazing reviews. I decided to give it a try and I’m so glad I did. The experience was top-notch from start to finish. The food was unbelievably good authentic, flavorful and perfectly balanced. We are from Kerala and I was pleasantly surprised to see Kerala-style dishes on the menu. Later, I found out that the owner, Mr. Sushith is also from Kerala. Meeting him was a real highlight, he was so warm and welcoming and his hospitality made the meal even more special. I ordered the Chicken Korma, which came with rice and also tried the Garlic Butter Naan. Both were outstanding, the naan was soft, buttery and clearly made fresh from scratch. The Chicken Korma had the perfect balance of spice and richness, with that authentic Indian touch that’s often hard to find abroad. To finish the meal, we ordered a cappuccino which truly made our day like the cherry on top of the ice cream. It was freshly brewed from high-quality beans rich in flavor and beautifully presented. The perfect way to end a wonderful dining experience. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with great food, excellent service and a cozy atmosphere. I’ll definitely visit again with my family next time when I’m in Switzerland. If you’re anywhere near DDLJ Bridge or Saanen or Zweisimmen, I’d highly recommend visiting Koriander Restaurant and Bar. It’s a must-try for anyone who loves real Indian food.
Amazing food with truly authentic Indian flavors. The service is fast, and the menu has plenty of variety to suit different tastes. Prices are fair, especially considering the quality. The Kerala prawns curry is a standout dish and highly recommended. On top of that, the location is very convenient, just near Zweisimmen railway station, making it easy to reach. A great spot worth visiting..
