Ci siamo fermati solo per un dessert, era buono Servizio molto gentile Il ristorante è un po' come l'azienda di famiglia gestita da una donna e da suo marito che è cuoco. Trovo che l'atmosfera sia molto bella, calda, della vecchia tradizione della casa bernese Molto pulito!

Se stai cercando una cena molto accogliente con il fascino tipico dello chalet, cibo fantastico e un servizio molto cordiale e competente, posso consigliare vivamente lo Schlössli! Assicurati di sederti nella rosticceria! Il cibo è presentato magnificamente e ha un sapore buono come sembra. Eravamo in quattro e siamo rimasti tutti molto colpiti.

We took a train for two hours, traveling to this city just to visit this restaurant. But we faced a problem — there were no taxis in town. We called the restaurant, the administrator answered, listened to us… and then simply hung up. After that, they stopped answering calls and turned on voicemail. They were indifferent to our problem. One star for such an attitude towards guests.

Overpriced restaurant with poor service. Water charged at USD 5 per 0.5 liter. (10 USD for 2 carafes of 0.5). We waited 40 minutes for chef to cook our potatoes (despite being the ONLY CLIENTS). Waitress was unfriendly. Did not accept my VISA card. Avoid at all cost.
