I bought genuine HP cartridges through an ID online promotion in April 2024 (expiration date November 2025) and installed them in my printer in February 2025. The printer says the specified cartridges aren't compatible, even though they are the correct original cartridges. ID's response: cartridges aren't eligible for return, and they don't know what I've done with them! I could have saved myself this rather expensive purchase 😡
