Today we went to this Swisscom to find a SIM to get data in Switzerland, as it is outside of the EU free roaming umbrella. Graziano was an absolute wonder and helped us buy & install a 7-day unlimited data SIM for 20 CHF (as of April 2026), a much better option than daily roaming charges for EU users (Spain, in our case). He carefully explained everything and in sbout 10 minutes we were out of the store, danke Graziano! Data coverage and speed are going smoothly. I can also use this data as a hubspot to tether my 5G for all our family, which is great!
The shop closed at 5:00 PM due to the onion market, but this wasn't indicated on any signs. At 4:59 PM, an employee rudely and arrogantly ushered me out of the shop with threatening gestures. The other employees just watched and didn't intervene, even though it was only a matter of a minute before closing time.
Yesterday afternoon, I was at the Swisscom shop near the Zytglogge clock and was served by a young employee who was probably just starting his training. I was extremely impressed by how knowledgeable he was and how competently he advised me. I would definitely go back to this Swisscom shop – truly top-notch service! Many thanks to the entire team, and especially to the young employee for the great advice!
