Wir mussten 25 Minuten warten, bis wir eine verfügbare Person in der Sanitär- und Badezimmerabteilung fanden. Als der Verantwortliche auftauchte, suchte er nicht nach einer technischen Lösung für unser Problem, sondern zeigte völlig passiv sogar Verachtung. Jumbo ist ein gutes Geschäft, wenn man weiß, was man braucht, aber schrecklich, wenn man Rat oder technisches Fachwissen sucht. Sehr ähnliche Erfahrung im Gartenbereich bei einem zweiten Besuch. Ich komme nie wieder
Wir warteten 7 Minuten, während wir zur Bushaltestelle hätten gehen können. Wir verpassen fast den Bus
Ich liebe Jumbo. Hat alles, was Sie zum Renovieren des Hauses und sogar Ihres Gartens benötigen. Ich komme gerne hierher. Einige Mitarbeiter scheinen müde und/oder überarbeitet zu sein. Vielleicht kann sich das Management etwas ansehen. Ansonsten kann ich diesen Ort nur empfehlen, wenn es darum geht, Dinge für Ihr Zuhause zu finden!
Jumbo is quite nice and has nice products and some customer services are nice but sometimes is difficult to get a person to assist you and some people don't like to work. One guy told me he cannot recommend me any light and I have to look by myself because he doesn't have a technical degree 🤣 …
I had to dispose a heavy TV, managed to bring it there with bruises in hand and a blue feet.On Saturday 18;00 they said they would take it only on Tuesday morning as they closed the Warenannahme although they were open until 20:00. Sunday and Monday are holidays. Telling them how difficult it was to get it there and move with it around, I asked them to take a. Got a blatant no even to help me to get it back into the car. Very unfriendly staff. People don’t want accept big things to dispose, they cite some reason or the other and keep us running. Jumbo Bachenbülach are expert at it.
After a long time I have been at Jumbo again. As usual it has almost everything to construct your home from the scratch. The prices are okay and the selection is huge. However the employees can literally keep you waiting although they see that you are waiting for them. Unfortunately customer relationship is not their strength. Regards to Covid-19 their protective measures are in place. Plexiglass separation at check out exists. Hand sanitizer at entrance is available, too.
