Ich habe beruflich und aufgrund von Renovierungsarbeiten auch privat mit vielen Unternehmen zu tun – eine so hervorragende Betreuung habe ich jedoch noch nie in meinem Leben erlebt. Mein Gerät wurde aufgrund eines fehlgeschlagenen Firmware-Upgrades unbrauchbar, aber das Juice-Supportteam stellte zwei Tage später eine Remote-Verbindung her und löste alle Probleme. Super freundlich, unglaublich hilfsbereit – einfach fantastisch, macht weiter so!

Nach der ersten Antwort auf meine Serviceanfrage und meine Remote-Sitzung wurde anscheinend bestätigt, dass mein Controller ausgetauscht werden muss, aber es sind schon mehr als zwei Wochen vergangen und von diesem Zeitpunkt an gibt es keine Antwort, nicht einmal Informationen darüber, was als nächstes kommt. Ich habe auch eine Nachricht auf der Voicemail hinterlassen und niemand hat mich kontaktiert. bearbeiten Drei Wochen nach meinem ersten Kontakt mit dem Juice-Support gab es immer noch keine Antwort auf meine E-Mail und meinen Anruf, aber glücklicherweise erhielt ich einen neuen Controller vom Kurier. Der neue Controller hat drei Wochen lang funktioniert und jetzt scheint es, als würde der neue kurz vor seinem Ende die gleichen Symptome zeigen wie der alte.

Just got my Juice Booster 2 (EU set Inc extension!) less than an hour ago, and after unpacking everything it took me a few minutes to plug in my car and start charging, and understand all the functions!!! Really easy!! What's really impressive is the QUALITY!!! Unbelievable!! No pic of video review can really make justice for the quality of the product!!! Even the carry bag is of great quality! Only thing I would have wanted more? That would be that all dust caps come with a small cable, not to loose them!!!! Not much of a problem though, just take care!! Worth every penny!!!! And more!!!!!

I ordered something at the website. Then I cancelled the order and got a confirmation that it had been cancelled. After a few days, I got an email saying that my order had been dispatched. I contacted client service, and they told me it was their mistake, and they would cancel the shipment and refund my money. After a few days I tried to contact again about the refund and I got no answer. Tried again with same result. No money, no product. Thankfully, I had paid through PayPal and after almost 2 months and opening a dispute, I was able to get my money back from PayPal. PayPal didn't hear a word from the company about my issue. They might have good products, but a terrible customer service. Beware.
