Als wir ankamen, dachten wir, es wäre ein Restaurant, aber in Wirklichkeit handelt es sich um einen traditionellen Schweizer Pub, der von einer Gruppe Einheimischer geführt wird, die so freundlich und einladend waren. Hatte eine tolle Nacht!
Unsere Wisconsin-Reisegruppe landete eines Abends im September dort und wir hatten die beste Zeit unseres Lebens. Tolle Musik und Gastfreundschaft. Wir werden Sie und unsere wundervolle Zeit nicht vergessen

We had to stay overnight in Buochs due to car trouble. Never fun, but Restaurant Schäfli made up for everything! What lovely people; we received such a warm welcome, and it was also wonderful to connect with the Swiss regulars! A wonderful experience, despite the "breakdown." The extensive platter with all sorts of delicacies was also exceptionally tasty and extensive, and the wine was superb. Highly recommended!
What a wonderful place to stay. Small, cozy, and welcoming. Unfortunately, we were on our way to Italy (the Tesla Supercharger is just around the corner) and couldn't stay longer. We didn't have any cash with us, but the very friendly and hospitable owner, Mädi, drove to the ATM while his wife prepared a delicious and extensive cheese board with fantastic toasted sandwiches and tasty hams for us! Sublime! Two weeks later, I realized I'd forgotten my jacket and keys... Owner Mädi sent my jacket (including Toblerone chocolates 😋👌🏽) by parcel post to Amsterdam. Truly wonderful, and thanks again so much! See you soon!
