Very disappointed today after a conversation regarding a warranty claim. We've always shopped there, but today was very unpleasant. The owner's tone was inappropriate and his accusations presumptuous. We will never shop there again, even though we like to support local businesses. This is no way to treat customers.
Excellent service; even shipping to Germany was no problem. Plus, the manager was extremely friendly. I would definitely buy from them again!
