Unser Gastgeber Sven tat sein Möglichstes, um dafür zu sorgen, dass wir uns wohl fühlten und zufrieden waren. Wir übernachteten in der Jurte und würden das nächste Mal gerne wiederkommen und in der Iglu-Suite mit Whirlpool übernachten. Sie liegt in einem Tal mit fantastischer Aussicht auf die Berge und einem fantastischen, gastfreundlichen Restaurant nebenan sowie einer Seilbahn, die vom Fuß des kleinen Berges aus fährt.

Fantastische Idee – ein Whirlpool unter den Sternen! Leckeres Essen gab es in Isolierbehältern. Alles war sauber und für den Fall eines plötzlichen Kälteeinbruchs wurden zusätzliche Decken bereitgestellt. In einer Hütte nebenan stand eine kleine Küche zur Selbstversorgung zur Verfügung. Das Einzige ist, dass zwei Riesen nicht das Bett teilen sollten. Die Zeit unter freiem Himmel war atemberaubend schön... So viele Sterne, sogar die Milchstraße. Ideal für kurze und lange Wanderungen. Nebel im Tal, ein Wasserfall auf dem gegenüberliegenden Berg – eine atemberaubende Aussicht. Komme gerne wieder!

Die Bubble-Suite war dreckig und unsauber. Außerdem befand es sich direkt neben einem Wanderweg, von dem aus die Blase direkt sichtbar war. Absolut keine Privatsphäre. Außerdem gab es nicht den schönen Holzboden rund um den Whirlpool, der auf der Website abgebildet war. Die Bilder auf der Website spiegeln nicht die Realität wider. Direkt vor der Blase gibt es auch öffentliche Bänke. Du lebst im Grunde in einem schmutzigen Loch. Der Teppich war extrem schmutzig und voller Flecken. Sehr schlecht gepflegt. Bei unserer Reklamation wurde uns lediglich ein Gutschein angeboten, da den Betreibern die Situation bekannt war. Offenbar hatte es bereits mehrere Beschwerden gegeben. Der Gutschein kann nicht mehr eingelöst werden, da diese Blase nicht mehr existiert. Generell ist es nicht richtig, einen Gutschein anzubieten, da die Chancen auf eine Nutzung kaum bestehen, da die Bubbles immer ausgebucht sind. Wir verlangen hiermit eine vollständige Rückerstattung.

Sleeping under the stars?! That's what the website promises. But the leaky plexiglass sphere is covered with a dirty tarpaulin, so you can't see the stars. The area around the bubble is filthy, as no one has taken care of it for a long time. This is evidenced by the overflowing mailbox with tourist tax bills. The path to the portable toilet below is slippery and dangerous at night, even with a flashlight. At check-out, there's a long list of instructions on what you have to take care of yourself so that the owner doesn't have to lift a finger. And for this poor service, you pay as if you were staying in a 4-star hotel. Once bitten, twice shy.

We spent one night in the Bubbles Suite with a hot tub. It was well-organized and described. Unfortunately, we had the bad luck of having about 20 cows with cowbells grazing directly below the terrace the entire time. A cozy dinner, a dip in the hot tub, relaxation, and sleep were out of the question. However, Sven and his team responded very openly and quickly to our feedback about mentioning this possibility in the fact sheet and adding earplugs to the packing list. We ultimately decided against the booked breakfast due to the hours of noise and continued our hike up to Gumen. The view and the weather were pure joy. We finally caught up on some sleep on the way home. ;-) While escaping the city noise didn't quite work out, the idea of the adventure was great. And dinner at the Chämistube was delicious. Looking for a tree tent? You can rent one at this location. It's a great idea, but only possible in warm weather. It's not open to the public; you have to book the location in advance. There's plenty of space for adults and children.
