Einfach perfekt! Wir gingen diesen Weg als zwei Familien mit Kindern im Alter von 4, 2, 1 Jahr und einem war erst 6 Monate alt. Wahrscheinlich nicht die beste Idee für das 2-jährige Kind, aber mein älteres Kind war überaus glücklich und konnte sich (fast) nicht beschweren. Die Landschaften sind atemberaubend und auf der Route selbst gibt es viele Schilder, denen wir gefolgt sind. Absolut tolle Erfahrung!
Auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert. Das Panorama ist wunderschön und viele Features machen Spaß und sind nicht nur für Kinder, sondern für jedermann interessant.
Schöne Aussicht von oben und für Kinder ab 6 Jahren geeignet.
A lovely adventure trail with great stations. We completed the entire trail with our children, ages 3.5 and almost 6. Spread out over the whole day with breaks, it was very manageable. Motivational figures and small stations between the stations would be a welcome addition, like the fire hydrants in the lower section. The cost of the day ticket for two adults (60 CHF) is a bit steep. We were surprised that the website lacked a map showing the routes. This was available in the brochure and at the starting point.
The train journeys (cogwheel train and gondola combined) should be a bit cheaper. First, you take the cogwheel train for a short trip to Braunwald. From there, a short uphill walk (about 8 minutes) leads to the gondola lift. The whole route is accessible with a (foldable) handcart, and the gondola ride itself isn't too long either. Unfortunately, we didn't get to see most of the stations along the Bartli Trail because we had a younger child with us, but it was still well worth it. The forest is enchanting, with a wonderful atmosphere and lots of ferns.
Unfortunately, I have to give this trail one star. The route is advertised as "easy" and suitable for children aged 3 and up, but I absolutely disagree. The beginning, in particular, is quite steep and, with pebbles on the path, is really only for those with sure footing. Even after that, there are sections with rocks or roots that aren't "easy" for a 3-year-old. We had to carry our child (3) for almost the entire hike, except for a few sections. A family with a 5-year-old child that we met also found the trail rather challenging.
