I commissioned Rosa Fenster to do two jobs. The first was completed well and satisfactorily. The second, however, was a disappointment: Two window installers arrived in the morning to replace two windows. Around noon, I wished them a good appetite – but as I was leaving, I heard them mimicking me. Such behavior might happen in the trades, but as a customer, you don't want to hear it. In the evening, one of the installers informed me that they hadn't cleaned the new windows because there was something wrong with the sashes. Apparently, new ones were supposed to arrive. Unfortunately, I didn't note down exactly what the problem was – I assumed Rosa Fenster would document the incident internally. Unfortunately, I was wrong: I now only know that there was a defect, but not what it was. I reported the incident, but I haven't heard anything from the company since. The bottom line: I'll probably have to pay the bill – but for the unprofessional behavior (especially the mimicking), I can only give them one star.

We had two orders for windows and a glass door, totaling a mid-five-figure sum. Despite cheaper offers from other companies, we chose Rosa Fenster because they promised completion in about two weeks during the site visit. That was in September 2024. The final work wasn't finished for over six months, until May 2025. Deadlines were postponed countless times because materials were missing or forgotten, another construction site was more important, windows broke during installation, or there was simply no communication about the progress of the work. Several times, the installers went back into town for a coffee break after just an hour... Customer service and communication seem to be foreign concepts to the "project manager." During this entire period, we never received an apology from him and were even subjected to unfriendly comments. Although the quality of the products is good --> stay away from this company! Even one star is too much...

Very poor service regarding the installation of a new patio door and insect screen. You have to repeatedly contact the company yourself and follow up until an installation appointment is scheduled. Very disappointing and frustrating.
