Ich habe Herrn Jan de Ruijter von RE/MAX Immobilien bezüglich einer Immobilie in Dielsdorf kontaktiert. Leider war die Erfahrung enttäuschend. Trotz meines ernsthaften Interesses und klaren Kaufwillens wurde ich weder ernsthaft einbezogen noch zu einem weiteren Gespräch eingeladen. Die Kommunikation wirkte von Anfang an einseitig und wenig transparent. Ich hatte den Eindruck, dass bestimmte Kaufinteressenten ohne nachvollziehbare Kriterien bevorzugt behandelt werden. Für mich sieht der berufliche Umgang anders aus. Wer potenzielle Käufer ignoriert oder gar nicht erst den Dialog sucht, handelt nicht fair. Leider kann ich RE/MAX unter der Leitung von Herrn de Ruijter nicht empfehlen, wenn Sie Wert auf eine offene, respektvolle und kooperative Zusammenarbeit legen.

Beware of shady practices! Anyone wanting to buy or sell a house should think very carefully before dealing with Remax Bülach. Our experience with Mr. Jan de Ruijter was an absolute disaster. (The owners will surely comment here again, claiming we made up the story, as will the ombudsman's office, konsum.ch.) We had viewed a house in Oberweningen and received repeated verbal and written confirmation that we would be the buyers. We signed the reservation agreement; everything seemed clear. At the end of 2024, we went on vacation with a clear conscience, celebrated Christmas and New Year's, and were full of anticipation for our future home. But in the new year came the shock: Suddenly, we were told to wait longer, everything had to be checked again, and all at once, nothing was certain anymore. Then the chaos began: First, we were told the seller had agreed. Then we were told to be patient for a few more days. Then we were advised to withhold the deposit. Then Mr. De Ruijter was suddenly on vacation. Then we were subjected to even more waiting times. And finally, we were told that we wouldn't be getting the house after all. In the end, we were simply strung along, given empty promises, and then fobbed off with vague explanations. No respect for our time, no clear communication, no accountability for promises. Anyone looking for a reliable real estate agent should definitely NOT contact Remax Bülach. Instead, go to a company that takes its clients seriously and doesn't use opaque methods.
