Von der Koordination der Probefahrten für Neuwagen bei Händlern über die Verwaltung des Angebots bis hin zur reibungslosen Fahrzeuglieferung. Simone hat mich während des gesamten Prozesses mit schneller und effizienter Kommunikation begleitet und unterstützt.

The long delivery time for the car was clearly communicated in advance, and during the waiting period, we were promptly informed of any updates. BMW did, in fact, meet the delivery deadline. The unprofessionalism began when the car was already delivered to Alphabet and was supposed to "only" be refurbished. No advance planning was possible, no information was provided, and communication was lacking. Customers were expected to adapt to Alphabet's schedule as if they were buying/renting a loaf of bread, rather than a car, which requires advance planning. Information was not passed on, and customers were subjected to argumentative and argumentative behavior. They only relented when contract termination was seriously considered.
