Sehr professionelles und freundliches Unternehmen. Sie waren immer sehr nett, professionell und pünktlich. Beantwortete alle meine Fragen, erledigte die Arbeit schnell und gut, reinigte danach (es musste auch gebohrt werden usw.). Ich bin mit dem Service sehr zufrieden. Die Arbeiten wurden von Herrn Dominik Hörnlimann und einem Auszubildenden durchgeführt. Sowohl während des Gottesdienstes als auch am Firmenstandort konnte ich mich auf Englisch verständigen. Ich kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Ein sehr zuverlässiger Elektriker. Die Kommunikation war klar und unkompliziert, Termine wurden pünktlich eingehalten. Die Arbeiten, sowohl im Büro als auch vor Ort, wurden sauber und ordentlich ausgeführt. Selbst kleinere Anpassungen wurden problemlos bewältigt. Insgesamt ein professioneller und angenehmer Service, den ich gerne weiterempfehle.

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience. Emails go unanswered, there are no responses, and many things are simply forgotten. Overall, extremely unreliable – not recommended if you rely on professional and clear communication.

You should leave your workspace clean... as I work in construction myself, I know this all too well. It was just a power outlet, and they simply left the dust and cable remnants lying around... oh, and the outlet was even mounted crooked! Great job... Thank you for your feedback... Ignorant employees, this management style is deplorable. Without prior notice, workers in our UN garage installed cables, cable ducts, and sockets in the immediate vicinity of our parked car. They drilled holes in the ceiling and pillars with hammer drills, so the drilling dust covered our car. If I hadn't caught the two workers red-handed, they probably would have left after finishing. I wrote to the company but never received a reply. Unfortunately, I can't prove that the scratches were caused by the workers. This is concerning and despicable behavior from Unholz AG.
