Ich könnte mit dem Service hier nicht zufriedener sein. Ich brachte meine Skier zu einer komplizierten Reparatur und sagte ihnen, sie sollten ihr Bestes geben und sich die nötige Zeit nehmen. Als ich zum Abholen kam, war die Reparatur perfekt und sie kostete halb so viel, wie ich erwartet hatte. Danke schön!

Kaufte neue Sidas-Liner und ließ diese von Adrian und Chris mit geringfügigen Anpassungen über mehrere Tage hinweg einbauen. Beide sind sehr erfahrene und fähige Stiefelmonteure. We were at Burn Baby Restaurant, which is right next to this location. We asked Ariel, the owner of Burn Baby, about a rental location. He recommended we try Tillis. He said to wait a few, as they should be back soon. Dates of services 11/25/25; 11/26/25, and 11/29/2025. What an excellent recommendation by a Local. As soon as I walked in with my children, we were greeted warmly and directed to the 2nd level, where the rental area is located. Chris was finishing with a previous customer and then greeted us. He had a great smile and warm attitude, which quickly put my daughter and two teenage sons at ease. It was amazing to see the ease of interaction and how he made jokes with them by associating their first name with famous people. Chris immediately sized the boys for snowboarding and my daughter for her skiing. Unfortunately, on this trip, I could not join them on the slopes due to an injury to my right foot. We were a bit upset because we arrived late and the slopes at Mt. Tillis were already closed. So, we picked up part of the equipment and came back in the morning to get the snowboards and skis. However, when we got to Mt. Tillis, all the slopes and the Glacier Cave were closed due to extreme inclement weather. We were so Bumb out, but safety first. We came back and requested a refund, which was graciously granted due to the closure and storm. We did not think we would make it to the top this trip around, but God and Mother Nature had other plans, and three days later, on Saturday, we came back. We had a little hiccup with the boys' snowboard boots' clicks and had to come back to have the right one installed. The young lady was very apologetic and immediately switched them to the correct ones. After the ordeal, my 13-year-old did not feel comfortable doing it because he feared the boot would not fit again, but she and the supervisor were understanding. They gave me credit for the purchase of snow goggles for some of the rental equipment. My 15-year-old had a blast snowboarding at Mt. Tillis. On behalf of my family and I, we want to thank all the staff for their fantastic service and professionalism. In the future, we will return to Engelberg from New York and come back to your store for future rentals.
