I spontaneously rented a heart-shaped arch, and even though Markus was on vacation, his wife Nicole was incredibly kind and helpful. Despite the short notice, everything went smoothly and flexibly. I was able to rent the arch without any problems, and they were always available if I had any questions. You can tell right away: they put their heart and soul into it.
